The 48,000 sq. ft. building is located on a five acre site on the northeast corner of the village of Monticello on Pratt Road.</p></h5>

Richard Plattner was Plant Manager of the plant when it opened. Later Roderick Nelson was Plant Manager. In August of 1976 Burnell Green was made Manager.</p></h5>
